About Us
Anita Stubbings
Salon Owner and Skin & Beauty Therapist
"I have been a therapist since 1989 so feel I have a wealth of experience and am fiercely committed to helping clients become the best version of themselves. 'One size does not suit all' therefore taking our clients on a skin journey is essential. Having used Guinot since 1994, I have remained true to the brand and over the years have had amazing results which the brand are now using in their own marketing!
As an ambassador for 2 charities, in my spare time I enjoy fundraising and supporting them in their quest to survive! In essence, I love helping people!"

Karen Crofts
Front of House Manager
"I've been front of house at Body Matters for over 10 years (yes that long!) and have enjoyed meeting and greeting many wonderful clients over this period. We're often told by clients that the salon has a very friendly, welcoming vibe and this is due to our lovely Body Matters Team. In my spare time I enjoy walking and keeping fit. I'm looking forward to welcoming you to our salon."
Client care and client satisfaction is key to the Body Matters approach. Courtesy text messages will be sent prior to appointments. Each therapy session will last the time programmed in our service list, taking into consideration your punctuality. Please note all times are approximate.
We are sure you won’t be disappointed with our service – if you are unsure of the right treatment for you, we offer a no obligation, complimentary consultation to help you decide.
